There are several personal qualities and skills that will make me successful at XXX. First, I have gained solid teamwork skills through my undergraduate and graduate studies. In my junior and senior seminar classes, we managed all projects as teams. Also, because of the professional nature of the graduate program, I learned a great deal [or you could say, tremendous amount] on how to manage teams professionally by working for actual clients. Second, I am a strong leader. I able and willing to take the initiative without hesitancy and have everyone work toward a common objective. Third, I am flexible in any situation. Because of this personality trait, I do not panic regardless the situation. Last, I am a thoughtful person who is always prepared. I think of the task at hand and what must be accomplished ahead of time so that our team can be efficient and effective in its tasks.
