Topic : Some people have loyalty with their employee and another people will move from company to another company to earn their carrier


How often does a person change his job for five years? It can be one, two or may be more than three times. There are several reasons why people quit their job, but I believe that most of them resign from their company and find another company because they want to improve their carrier.

They believe the good carrier can guarantee their future life such as getting house, paying education fee for their children, buying all house devices, etc. As a result, the best carrier can make them easy to earn money.

However, not all people think material is everything. For this people, they do not want to move from their old company. They fell that the loyalty more important than carrier. They work not only for money but also for idealism.

In my case, I love to work with person that we are trust each other. Trusting will make me enjoy to work without worry about my future because I believe they will help me if I have some problems. Like one part of body where if one fell sick all body will feel the same. In conclusion, if must choose to get my carrier and I must move from company to another company or to loyalty with one company that you can trust. I will choose the loyalty.
