Hi,

You need to try to write the letter yourself, and then post it here so that we can give you comments.

The best way to start is to try writing down what you would say if you were talking to the person face to face.

Best wishes, Clive

Hi,

Start by writing what you would say if you were talking face to face with your boss.

Try to write that down and post it here, and then we will help you with advice. OK? Smile [:)]

Sorry Manx! I was 1 year 4 months 13 days lait to reply you! ..... Wink [;)] but if you are here then listen!

Salary Increment is a vey serious problem or we call it matter for especially low rank employees and small-middle class employers!

Here are few tips!

First of all do some extraordinary thing/task/project.... for your employer! If you cannot as per your job then.....

Second option is make your work important! and try to do it differently! If you cannot as per your job

Last option is to leave the job and give immediately job resignation notice.... may be your employer give you some increment OR you will be out! There is a risk.... Wink [;)]

Just test all the above then come n I will write the letter for you...
