Sorry, the reference letter is not with me today. I need to go to work tomorrow than able to do send you. Also, I would like to come to your office and meet with you if it is possible. I can came to see you on Thursday. If you think is late for Thursday, I will try my best to be there tomorrow .

Please accept my apology for not having a reference letter with me today.  I will be able to send it to you tomorrow from work. 

I would greatly appreciate an opportunity to meet with you this week.  My shedule is open for a meeting on Thursday at your office, if that works for you.  If not, please let me know and I will be happy to make arrangements for a time that better suits your availability.  Thank you.
