A few problems with both options.

Scenarios not scenario's.

In which/where - I'd say either is acceptable

'the logic takes' - you need to rephrase this. logic itself cannot take a path, it is just a way of thinking, and it is still the person 'taking the path'. Logic can suggest a certain path. A common phrase is 'logic dictates that' . for example, 'logic dictates that we take the following path'. Or you could say that 'logically, (meaning thinking logically) users will take the following path'
