Hi friends. Please help me writing this letter of motivation for my PHD studies. Please friends help me.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I wish to apply for your PhD program at ** Germany. This degree would assist my career as a scientist, preparing to work in a team as well as to carry on my independent research work.
There are several reasons why I choose research as my career: (1) the process of exercising my reasoning ability to understand and explain complex phenomena gives me satisfaction; (2) the mental and physical hard work which is undergone in this process to achieve something new is always fascinating, and pushes me to strive for more. My way of contributing to the research field need not necessarily be something new, but should be useful to the scientific community and mankind.
Basically I am a Satellite Remote sensing technology major. In this we study the data obtained by observing the earth surface. Over time, however, I have become more interested in the motivations behind those actions towards earth and atmosphere system. Majority of my coursework included physics, mathematics and statistics form the backbone for the modeling of earth and atmospheric system, and I have always enjoyed studying and using them. As my knowledge progressed it raised a few questions in my mind. How do the interactions like aerosols, clouds etc in atmosphere will affect collection of the data? How much extent the models of these interactions are distributed?, I found that the research going on at *** can answer my questions in personal as well as to start research career. I have also learnt from my stay at TU, *** on *** scholarship and from the alumni of *** that the excellent infra-structural facilities and research opportunities provided by *** giving the choice to choose *** as the primary preference for every researcher to start their career. This PhD programme is unique as it gives an in-depth flexibility and strength of curriculum would allow me to further my understanding in this interdisciplinary approach to the complex modeling of atmosphere in the Earth system. In this way I am given the opportunity to research with the best academic brains of both worlds with extremely distinguished faculty.
Although my past education is in remote sensing and my master's thesis on ** at the TU, I desire to deepen these skills on character of the climate system and its susceptibility to change, Global climate modeling and cloud-climate interactions and their feed backs on modeling, and to use the material that I learn. I realize it is tough for a returning student; however, I do not believe in quitting. Lastly, I always want to succeed. Success here is twofold. First, it is personal success for me in the program. Next, it is my commitment to give you my very best, by learning required credentials and taking it to the research and beyond.
I believe that the program offered will help me acquire the versatility needed to reach my full potential as a thorough professional in the Earth system modeling. I am confident I can enhance the scholarly debate in the discipline of conflict resolution. In addition, I am a major proponent of teamwork and will prove to be an immense team player within your program as I regard learning as both an individual and team process. It would, therefore, be a privilege to pursue my doctorate studies with adequate financial assistance at your institute. I am confident that I will match the high standards set by your Institute.
Thank you very for considering my application. I look forward to your positive reply.
Yours faithfully,
No1.
