Regret to inform you that due to some material shortage and cannot receive on time, the production line will be delay and planned to start on 25 March. If everything in order, the cargo will be ready for inspection on 06 March and catch vessel on 07 March. Please note

I am regretting to inform you that we weren't able to receive some essential materials on time and the production  line will cease to run shortly, but it will start to run again on March 25.    If everything goes right, the cargo will be ready for inspection on March 6 and will be placed on the vessel on March 7. Please be reminded of this.  

Personally, your dates seem to show some discrepancies.

As always, I welcome any comments on mine too.
