I am on Maternity leave from 3 months. my baby is having health problem so I want to extend my leave for 1 more month can u pls help me in writing a maternity leave extension letter

My annual leave is completed on 4th Sep 2008. Now I have some family problem and health problem . So kindly extern my leave up to 17th Sep 2008.

I have confirm my travel to Kuwait for 18th Sep 2008, Kuwait Airways arrivals on 07.55 A.M.

Please arrange airport Pick-up.

I have availed maternity leave for 3 months. i would request you to extend my leave for 30 days more, as with the advice of the doctor my joining is not favorable for baby at this time.
