If there exist multiple delay values in a data set, which of the following is correct?

1) The delay information we obtained is insufficient.
2) The delays information we obtained is insufficient.

Only 1) works nicely.

If  you have multiple delays and you want to be very clear, you may want to say:

The information related to (the various) delays we obtained is insufficient
