How do you make "Last Will and Testament" plural? How about "Power of Attorney". As you can probably tell I work for an attorney and I don't want to sound ignorant when writing letters to people including more than one document. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

"Last Will and Testament" and "Power of Attorney" are titles of legal documents/letters. If you mean many of these documents, you can write them as:-

"Last Will and Testament documents ( or drafts if you like)"

"Power of Attorney letters/documents/drafts/etc. "

Alternatively, you could use:

Powers of attorney.
Last Will and Testaments.

But I expect your attorney has his/her own personal preferences in these matters. They're a nitpicking bunch. So whatever you use will be "wrong"...

I wondered about that too...I suppose I think of it as [Last-Will-and-Testament]s.

(If you see what I mean.)
