Fluent non-native speakers - do you get stuck in speech sometimes and some days are fluent again?

I've had this issue for years - my English is fluent, grammar is OK and vocabulary is quite good. I live in an English speaking country and really don't lack live speech. But sometimes and have days when I just can't speak normally - I would struggle for words, thoughts messed up in the head, and seems that all I know is just gone from my head. Finally I discovered a particular type of speech exercising to deal with this issue. Now I wrote an eBook about how to deal with such issues. But the problem is - I'm not quite sure if there are many people out there who experience a similar issue and are eager to deal with it. Pleas help me out!!!
  • i don't experience such an issue (0%)
  • i think normal folks don't experience such an issue (0%)
  • it's a rally rare and most likely has something to do with phsycological state of the person (0%)
  • yes, i sometimes experience similar problem, but it doesn't bother me that much (66.7%)
  • yes, i have such an issue and it really annoys me and I want to deal with it (33.3%)
  • yes, i have such an issue and it prevents me from enjoying live at its full (0%)

I think everybody gets stuck now and then. 'It's on the tip of my tongue' is the phrase we use when we just can't remember the word we want to use!

You know... sometimes when I watch interviews of western actors (they're the only native speakers I 'come across'), they seem to have the same problem with you. So, I don't think it's a problem afterall...
