Hi,

It's hard to give a good answer to this question, and of course what works for one person does not always work for another.

I usually tell people: use new words, speak them in a sentence, write them in sentences.

I also tell people to read a lot of English, because they will slowly learn English words in that way, too.

I used to have a student who went home and wrote her new words on little pieces of paper, and then stuck them in places all over her kitchen. Would that work for you? It worked for her.

Good luck, and don't get too worried, everybody has problems like this!

Welcome to English Forums, Auto!

Yes, I forget words too, if I don't hear them, read them or use them for a while.  It is an ongoing natural feature of vocabulary retention in any language.
