Hi,
I'm reading a contract written in, what I consider, poor English. Would anybody help me "guess" what they intend to say here? My biggest problem is in the end where it says "and by the time..." Do the words in bold sound well to you in thsi context?
"
The Client will have the storehouse indicated in clause 1.1, subject to the condition that the Client supplies at least one of the consumers identified in clause 1.1 of this contract and by the time it awarded the consumption of such consumers".
The part I have marked in pink makes no sense. I wonder if some words have been omitted by accident?
Is it possible that the word 'consumers' should actually be 'customers'?
