"Being natural is simply a pose, and the most irritating pose I know, " cried Lord Henry.

Would you explain bold text?

Does "Harry" mean "Henry" in English?

Thank you

He doesn't believe some people behave in a natural manner. He thinks they all fake it.

Moral of the story:
Don't be "natural" just for the sake of "appearing so/natural."

Harry is often a nickname for someone named Harold or Henry.
