Hi, Please tell me if there are any differences you can tell.

1. Do you go to school tomorrow?

2. Are going to school tomorrow?

3. Will you go to school tomorrow?

4. Will you be going to school tomorrow?

No difference in result, certainly.  There are nuances in the speaker's presumptions.

1. Do you go to school tomorrow? -- it is scheduled?

2. Are going to school tomorrow? -- is it your plan?

3. Will you go to school tomorrow? -- enquiry about the occurrence of a future event

4. Will you be going to school tomorrow? -- interested enquiry about your plan
