Writing a thank-you note to a doctor

I need to write a letter to a doctor, because some parts of my health improved after seeing them and doing some therapy. It's sort of like a that a boy letter. Saying something good about this Spine Center.

I have the same problem as the above Guest, I am trying to write a letter
to our gynaecologist. I have some difficulty try to express my feeling and how much I want to thank her
for such a wonderful birth experience.

I WANT TO WRITE A LETTER TO MY Doctore ,she did the thyriod operation it is successful ,but she told i have to followup every 2months,but i cant go to check up my medical ,becouse my office they did not give me a leave to go india.they need a letter from doctor .that why i want explain all those thing happed .in here the hospital they dont have facilty to scane 4 thyroid. please help me to write this letter.
