hey guys, i have a question ,if i want to say "the wind is pulling on me back"should i say "on" or at,i mean is pulling be back ,but with a prep.

and another one,if i want to say "the project is in development or at dev."

Because the ' wind ' directly passed the action to you. No prep is necessary.

One usually thinks of wind pushing rather than pulling: "The wind pushed me back." Leave off the preposition, unless you want to get poetic: "The wind pulled at me." "The wind is pulling on me." "The wind licked at my ankles."
