Hello!

Can you please tell me if my preposition is OK in the pink part of the sentence. Thank you!

Three classes who participated in the study had an opportunity to experience the so called ''Combined reading''or different ways of interpreting literature on the third and forth year of their high-school education.

Nope-- in the third and fourth years. And so-called is hyphenated. I would also delete the before so-called, and de-capitalize combined.

I would like to tell you that l am new here and I am so happy to write my comment.

Youd better use the preposition in instead of on and you have incorrect spelling for the word fourth. So it will be " In the third and fourth year of their high school education.
