While doing an exercise on prepositions, I came across the following sentence:

She had problems ___ reading the instructions

I filled 'with' in, but the website said the correct answer should be 'in'.
Is this really true?

I say it sound like a proper sentence and i've heard people say it that way with 'in'. Does anyone agree with me here?
