1. He'll call for a meeting in  / on the following days.

2. He'll call for a meeting in / on the next days

3. He'll call for a meeting in / on the coming days.

1. The prepositions put aside, are the expressions natural and correct?

Do you mean 'call' as in telephone, or 'call' as in 'announce'?

If telephone:

He'll call to arrange a meeting in the next few days.

If announce:

"He'll call a meeting in the next few days"
