Hello, I don't know which preposition should be used in thse two blanks separately.

Two cats are running _ the wall.

The boy is jumping _ the branch.

By the way, such prepositions are given: across, over, between, off, along, in, on, into, out of, under.

I guess "along" is OK for the first blank, and "off" can be used in the second. Is it correct?

Of the choices given, I think along is the best for the first sentence and off for the sencond (but I don't find it a very clear image).

Two cats are running [along / across / over / on ] the wall.
The boy is jumping [onto / on / across / over / off / under] the branch.

There are many correct prepositions for these contexts.
Your choices are fine.
