So often adjectives are followed by prepositions which cause confusion , something could not be predicted by logics, on have to know them by heart. for example : easy to/for , angry at /with , hard on sb, ok by/with sb, kind of you ....... And it it not an easy task to search all the dictionary .Could you please make a list of those combinations , or direct as to another site.

Hi,
there's no rule, you have to get used to the way verbs, adjectives and idioms are used. If you use dictionaries like these...

http://pewebdic2.cw.idm.fr/
http://www.oup.com/elt/catalogue/teachersites/oald7/?cc=global

Try looking up "angry" for example, it's easy to see how it's used. They both show what prepositions to use and how to use what you want in a sentence.
Hope it helps, somehow. Smile [:)]
