Hi my EF friends,

May I have a question about prepositions again?..:-((....It concerns the email which I'm gonna send to our collegues from US. Please what is grammatically correct?

If you have a question on our product manager..../ question to our product manager.....Which preposition is correct? on/to?

This part of the English is driving me nuts...:-(((

Thank you Yoong Liat.

Truth be told, I was thinking about this alternative too. All three options sounds me natural...Boy, I don't know. It seems that you need to be an native speaker to get the prepositions under the skin...Tongue Tied

Anyway, thank you again.

I also have problems with prepositions. Only thing why I have problems is that my language doesn't use some of them as English does. Thanks to you native speakers willing to help us we can ask you anything about it. :)

Prepositions are very confusing. I think a lot of people, includng me, will also have difficulty every now and then deciding which one to use. To make matters worse, what is correct in BrE is wrong in AmE.

Again a problem with prepositions.

How to say when you have an opinion about something... "This is how I look on/at things."

I think it's 'on' but I'm not sure.

pssst - It's "get them under your belt."

That's how I look at things.

Don't worry - they don't make sense, there are no rules, and you'll never be able to know just by looking at a verb which one to use.

But only in a few cases will people actually not know what you mean if you use the wrong one!
