Hi,

Wondering if the following tenses are correct:

1. I have tested the program and found the problem still occurs.

2. Found the words still resonate today.

Yes, those are OK-- as long as the 'occurring' and the 'resonating' still exist at the moment of speaking, the present tense may still be used.  (I would use 'found that', however.)

'The question is,' said Humpty Dumpty, 'which is to be master-- that's all.'

Thanks, that clarifies. Is there a reason for using 'found that'?

Using 'that' here just makes it clearer that a clause is coming-- not that the writer simply e.g. 'found the words' (as, in a dictionary).
