what is the diference betwen present perfect & present perfect continuous.. i want to know in that moment can i use present perfect & present perfect continuous.. explain me plsease....thanks a lot ...

what is the correct ?

Vanessa has been performing / has performed music since she was a little girl.

she has been making / has made numerous classical recording.

the album unmdediately have been becoming / have became extremely popilar with pop and classical music fans.
