I'd appreciate it if someone would answer my questions. Thanks in advance.

Are the following 2 sentences correct? If so, what's the difference?

A:  How did you find that the princess got married?

B:  How did you find out that the princess got married?

Both  sentences seem grammaticaly right to me. The second sentence is more appropriate in the context. Find out = notice, learn... Find=look for sth. and find, dicover

Hi. Do you mean sentence 2 --- How did you find that the princess got married?---

is not correct or not good?

Incorrect. As the others have pointed out, find out is associated with facts which is what this sentence needs.
