Please I need someone to help me re construct my letter.

Many Thanks..

Dear Sir,

I have the honor to apply for a position of a Charge Nurse in Female Medical Ward.

I am a senior staff, a team leader and an Acting Nurse in Charge when my Head Nurse is on vacation. I also supervise and deliver nursing care to patients such as total care plan and keeping nursing standards and practices of professional nursing. I always see to it that I help and cooperate with my Head Nurse in promoting quality nursing care that will demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.

In addition, I also have other responsibilities and duties beside from my clinical work. I am also a stock control link nurse making sure that all ward supplies are enough that will lead to uncompromised nursing care. I was also chosen as a member of ISO Assessment Team in preparation for the upcoming ISO Accreditation that will be a great achievement for our institution.

Furthermore, I attended recently the Swine Flu Symposium and First Aid Course which is totally helpful in my professional growth.

I believe that my skills and abilities will be of great help in this institution.

Hoping my application will be favorably considered.

Thank you very much.

Respectfully yours,

Roselle
