The correct answer would be no1 but I would also think that no2 is permissable in the sense that it would not impede complete understanding.It would also depend on which context it is used. From my point of view, Language is not encapsulated and mistakes form part of the learning process. I may be wrong though! Most people (native speakers in particular) are quite good at guessing what people mean, whether the English is correct or not. It is completely unacceptable to use My friend and me as me is the object form of the pronoun I (which is a personal pronoun refering to the speaker) and therefore grammatically wrong in the above sentence.
