Hello prabeersikdar! The best way to improve pronunciation is to listen to lots of English, whether on tv or cd's, tapes, etc. Watch English films in their original version, whenever possible. If there's any chance you have some English speakers around, just talk to them about anything. If you can't think of anything to say, ask them about their lives. Most people like talking about themselves, so it's a good listening practice. Try to imitate everything: from intonation to the movements of their mouths. You can do it in front of a mirror. It really helps, believe me!!
Hope this helps

Talking with someone who will correct your pronunciation is the best option. Listening without speaking or speaking without correction will only get you so far. You'll think your pronunciation is good enough even though it isn't without some form of critical feedback.
