(6) “So that’s why you’re late”, she laughed. Did you listen to any of their records? (7) “Well”, he admitted, “only to be polite“. (5) I run the cash register most of the time, but I sometimes get to wait on customers as well. (6) Mom, Dad, and Maria send their love, and say they hope you’re enjoying college. (7) Well that’s all the news on my end.
