Who’s responsible for what?
Client liaison – Nikki
Management – Nikki
Nikki – Has the role of client liaison. The responsibility of managing the project. Script the dialog. Direct shoot. Edit the video footage. Organise the delivery.
Bob – Authoring the DVDs, design the slicks, liaise with the DVD printers. All answerable to Nikki.
Client – Provide expertise that will be showing a demo on how to use a key cutting machine. Provide us the location where they will be giving us a demonstration. Provide actors & graphics.
Mandy – Will be shooting the video. All answerable to Nikki.
Harry - Will be recoding the audio. All answerable to Nikki.
Lawyer – Design the copyright contract for future DVD printing copies.
Actors – Will be acting in the key cutting demonstration.
Experts – They will provide advice on how to use the key cutting machine and will have the final technical say on content.
