Proper use of O'clock

	Anonymous  #499432  Fri, 11 Apr 08 05:58 PM no. you would only use o'clock if you were say 3 o'clock if you are refering to a half hour you would say half past 3 o'clock not 3:30 o''clock, normally you would only ever use o'clock in a more formal sense or sometimes in the title of a song i.e. It's 5"oclock somewhere.    Anonymous
