Hi, Is the punctuation and grammar of the following sentence correct? ‘I was about to ask him a question about a sales figure, without realizing that I was looking at the wrong table and thinking the figure to be an annual number.' Thanks, MG.

. It's OK. I'd do this: I was about to ask him a question about a sales figure without realizing that I was looking at the wrong table and thinking the figure was an annual amount.

'The question is,' said Humpty Dumpty, 'which is to be master-- that's all.'
