Simply put, Lisao means "many complaints" in Chinese, and "Encountering Sorrow" sounds poetic. That is, it expresses the poet's subjective thoughts and feelings, and the way it expresses is beloved of by scholars since then.

What about?
Simply stated, the Chinese characters [XX] mean, a great deal of complaints, and poetically sounding [XXX], meaning encountering sorrow reflects the poet's (own) thoughts and feelings, and it has been adored by scholars ever since for its expressive power.
