I put my shirt on/put on my shirt.

I button it up

I tuck it into my trousers.

I unbutton my shirt and take it off.

Thanks. Got another quick question to ask: Is "take it off" opposite of "tuck into"?

No

Put on   --   take off

Tuck in  ---  pull out/take out - also untuck

Any boy walking around with their shirt untucked was severely punished at my school.
