I think you should not accept the job.


or is this correct:


I'm thinking you should not accept the job.


Can you explain why?

Native speakers might prefer: I don't think (that) you should accept the job.  When people use the present progressive for certain verbs, the idea is "more and more."  That is, I'm thinking (more and more each day) that you shouldn't  accept that job.
