Please let me know if this sentence is right
"Onsite expect that offshore deliver programs after testing them thoroughly"

If Onsite and Offshore are business names [trading names] one could say;
Onsite expect that Onsite (will) deliver programs (only) after testing them thoroughly.
So, your sentence would be correct, but Offshore needs a capital O.
