It’s no great stretch to imagine humans disappearing from the face of the earth.

can  anybody help me?  I'm kinda hard to understand "It’s no great stretch to", can anybody explain it in a easy to understand way?

thanks a lot!

'It's no great stretch to imagine' means 'It's not terribly difficult to imagine'.

You don't have to stretch/extend/force/stress your imagination in order  to be able to think about something like that. Think about your imagination as being an elastic band.
