what is the proper use of the question mark in this question/sentence.  Name five us presidents

Is it a full stop or question mark used to end the question/sentence.

Your sentence is not a question, but rather a command.  The period (full stop) is the only punctuation used.  You could make it a question in certain situations:

I'd like you to name five US presidents.  What?  Name five US presidents?
