We have to see the context to comment on the first question but saying you have been suspended  in a convenient context won't kill anyone I guess.

As for the second question, if something is sucessfully created that means we didn't encounter any mistake or hindrance in the process of creating it.

You have been suspended is correct. Someone else has suspeneded you/your account. You are not the one who is doing the suspending.

I guess the "successfully" was added to show that all went as it was supposed to, with no errors.

An additional comment to your question…

This is a passively constructed sentences [be + past participle].

Active voice: His school has suspended him for repeatedly fighting on campus ground.

Passive voice: He has been suspended for repeatedly fighting …..In passive voice, the subject is the recipient of the action placed upon him.  i.e. He was hit by a car yesterday.

Becaaaauuuse succesfullying doesn't exist in English. Succes noun, successful adjective and successfully adverb. Now that successful is not a verb, you got the answer I think.

The only verb in your sentence is suspend and successfully just modifies it.

Doll,

Just my 2 cents...

For your information. when exclaimation, CAPITAL LETTERS, and an exaggeration form of a word is used, it's considered either shouting out, rude, impatient or disrespectful in this part of the world. Wink [;)]
