RE: PRELIMINARY DESIGN NEEDS QUESTIONNAIRE


This is to confirm our meeting at your house at 7.00pm, November 2, 2008. Please find enclosed a preliminary design needs questionnaire for your feedback.

For your information, our past projects could proceed without much difficulty for one simple reason i.e. effective communication in the early stage. We believe it is important to establish a working relationship, with good communication between us right from the outset so that the outlined needs are always met.

Thus, I would be very grateful if you could take a few minutes to fill out the enclosed questionnaire. It has been drafted to focus on the important factors affecting the preliminary design process (fields marked with * are REQUIRED - all others are OPTIONAL). In cases where you are unsure, just give us your best guess. The more you can tell us, the better.
