[Need a quickly help] Letter for scholarship

Hello,

I need write a short (120 - 140 words ) formal letter "Letter for scholarship". It must be not difficult letter for my school... I am not good in enlgish, so maybe someone can help me;/ ( 12hours left and then i need this letter)

In my letter must be:

ask scholarship for my study
write what i am will study
explain why i am decided this one subject (why i am will study medicinial or smth...)
explain why i am want to study in abroad
explain why i need financial help
ask when i can get replay from  "international scholarship fund"

the maximum 140 words..
