The remarks about Islam are not likely to be held as actionable because Islam is a religion, not a race, and there is no UK legislation prohibiting attacks on religions. The members who expressed violent views have been expelled from the Party. Not that it will make much difference. The BNP fill that niche on the right of British politics where it's so obvious what they stand for they rarely need to express it.
