Dear Teachers,

A: Hey buddy! what happened to your face?

B: It's a razor burn. I cut myself when I shaved this afternoon.

- I think "razor cut" is more natural than "razor burn", right?

Thanks very much to Teachers,

 Stevenukd.

Razor burn is irritation of the skin from shaving.  It's not the same as a cut or cuts.
The combination shown in B's response is not natural sounding to me.  It should be:  It's razor burn, and I cut myself while shaving.
