? regarding two weeks time or two week's time

 He will be seen in the office  in two week's, at that time we should get Chem-7.  Not sure which is correct.  Is there any rules for this?  Thanks...

I'd say either "in two weeks" or "in two weeks' time"

You also have a comma splice. You need a period (or semi-colon) after weeks, or a conjunction like "so" before at.
