Registration failure (Didn't receive email)

Why the option "Recover Password" doesn't work? I have tried many times and haven't received an email yet. Who is responsible for this subject?

What sould I do to keep my usrename "Dominik"? I don't want to create the second account.

Hi Dominik,

recover password should work fine, I just tested with internet explorer and firefox...you have to provide email address that is in your profile 'yea epfl pl' Wink
Also, make sure that englishforums.com is not blocked by spam filter, if you are using any filter...or...check your junk folder...it should work. Let us know once you get in with your username Smile

 Hi Sakota, I tried both IE and Firefox without success. I provided the email from my profile every time. The antyspam program is set to "low"
