Hi vpz2k, and welcome to English Forums.

Is "rejoining" a term used in your company? I'm not familiar with it. If you could explain what it means (it sounds like someone left the company and then came back again?) it would be easier to review your draft.

In the meantime, remember that you need to start your sentences with a capital letter (Kindly) and HR should have both the H and the R in capitals, and that department is misspelled.

Dear Sir

Thank you very much replay for my post

I have only little knowledge in english.

I want to write a letter regarding our staff`s joining after anual leave.

Can you help me towrite this letter
Hello again vpz2k,

Where I live, when someone returns from annual leave (we call is simply "vacation") we don't write a letter; we just come back to work.

That makes it hard for me to suggest how to write such a letter.

If they are very common where you work, could you ask someone for a sample?

It sounds to me like it should say

To: The HR Department

Subject: Return from Annual Leave for John Smith

Please note that on February 9, Mr. John Smith returned from 20 days' annual leave. He has now resumed his duties.

But I don't really know, because we don't have such letters.
