A HR Manager has given mail to me for an interview date.

How shall i address him while writing a reply.

Can i write only sir, or shall I write Dear Sir, or shall i write respected sir. please let me know

Hi,

Very generally speaking, I'd address him the way he addressed me.

 

But much depends on the culture and country in which you live.

What is polite in Canada may not be polite in India.
