I would like to request permission to take my annual holiday to coincide with the dates of Ramadan, from 2nd to 20th September 2008.
In view of this I would like to ask permission also if I can have my
vacation on my mother's place instead of going back on the Philippines. - I am not sure what you mean by this sentence. Do you mean that you want to take holiday in place of your mother? Who is going back to the Philippines?
Could you please also arrange to have my passport return to me so that I can apply for my visit visa earlier on the said date. - Could you please arrange for my passport to be returned (to me) as soon as possible, so that I can apply for my visa (in advance/before leaving).
