The tiltle comes from a webpage of a bank. I feel the use of act on is weird. Do you think so? And further, how about just saying We will reply your request within one business day? What's the difference between these sayings? Thanks.

Truths are hard to prove, rumors are easy to make.

"act on" is a collocation meaning that action will be taken on the basis of information received [your request].

I agree that a second "will" makes the sentence more comprehensible.

Hi Feebs11, I am confused by the red part, can you explain further? Thanks a lot.

We will act on your request and will reply within one business day  (Sentence is rewritten with the second "will" added in.)

The second 'will", if added in, certainly helps; but it is actually not necessary because of ellipsis.
